Hi Maxiaohui,
please don't send huge file to the list.
You STDOUT.0000 looked OK, but did you check your topography? Is it
possible that it is zero for the northernmost grid points? What does
STDOUT.0002 and 0003 look like (please only the beginning, where
R_low is written to the sceen)?
