[MITgcm-support] input data

Hi,

 I have installed mitgcm. I compiled the example programs. It is working
fine I have the following doubts.

1. How can i change the input data. I found some bin files in /input
directory. Can i build a new bin file with the same name?

2.How can change the format of the ./mitgcmuv output.txt file?
 Suppose if i dont want  "MDSREADFIELD: opening global file: salt.bin" to
be displayed  in output.txt how can i change?
