[MITgcm-support] Non-hydrostatic Orlanski pickup and W velocity

Dimitris,

Good info to know, thanks. I'm not sure that is the reason why the 
vertical velocity is zero at the orlanski boundary after a pickup 
though. Is this due to the information stored in the pickup file? That 
is, storing phi_nh and gWNm1 rather that gW?
