[MITgcm-support] obcs balance

Dear MITgcm-supporters:
 
          I made #defineALLOW_OBCS_BALANCE in OBCS_OPTIONS.h;
useOBCSbalance = .TRUE.,useOBCSprescribe = .TRUE. in data.obcs
But the sea level still  raised four meters after ten years integral.
Could someone tell me why?
