[MITgcm-support] Eta, ETAN and SIheff

Dear all,

I have two (trivial?) questions concerning modeling of ice:

1. What is the exact relation between Eta, ETAN and SIheff? 
2. Is it possible to fix the thickness of the ice, i.e. is it possible to make the ice thickness independent of the ocean temperature?
