You can compare with the (~daily) tests we are running
on various platforms and with different compilers:
http://mitgcm.org/testing.html

In your case, seems that it was working quiet well for the 1rst 35 
experiments but no other results for the remaining tests (compile and 
run but no output comparison). Unlikely to be a problem with the code
itself but may be with the system (disk space ?).
You can re-run a simple one (e.g.:
./testreport -t tutorial_baroclinic_gyre (+ usual options)
and check what kind of error you get
