[MITgcm-support] advection scheme

Hi Julie,

when in the directory you want to update you can use
cvs update -d -P -A
for the latest or
cvs update -d -P -r release1_p5
for a specific version
see: http://mitgcm.org/using_cvs.html
for more info.

Caution though, updating one package often leads to version  
incompatibilities...it is not so straightforward...so before updating  
a package make a backup

or, if you can, just update the whole model....that usually is fine
