[MITgcm-support] gmredi without gm

Hi Martin,

This is endeed possible (and quiet easy):
need to set:
GM_background_K = 0 (no GM)
GM_isopycK  = Isopycnal diffusivity (Redi part only)

(You will need also to have #define GM_EXTRA_DIAGONAL 
in GMREDI_OPTIONS.h, but this is the default).
