[MITgcm-support] Bug in timers.F

In eesupp/src/timers.F (v 1.26 2007/01/11 17:44:18, downloaded from CVS 
a couple of days ago) there is an error in lines 777-778:

     real second, secondr
     external second, secondr

These lines start in column 5, causing the first character of each 
declaration to be interpreted as a continuation character.

The code in question is passed through by the preprocessor only if 
TARGET_T3E or TARGET_CRAY_VECTOR is defined.
