[MITgcm-support] Vertical Boundary Conditions

Hello,
I am integrating the MIT over a simple box, and would like to know how to
use closed vertical boundary conditions where temperature and salinity would
be prescribed (i.e. Vertical walls acting as thermostats). At the moment,
the only solution I know to have vertical walls is to adapt the topography
file, which doesn't really help me if I want to prescribe temperature and
salinity.
It corresponds to setting a heat/salt flux through the vertical walls that
would depend on the T/S characteristics of the water. Is there any way I can
do this without modifying the code? If I have to modify the code, in which
routines can I do that? I think a relaxation method would also be ok for
what I want.
Thanks a lot for your help!
Laure
