[MITgcm-support] Using close boundaries and two layer temp profile in internal wave test

Hi Abbas,

Regarding Tref you can use Matlab script to initialize your Temp. for the 
whole domain, then put this data file at PARM05:

hydrogThetaFile='your_file',

and set blank tRef=,
