[MITgcm-support] write output file

dear all,
i'd like to ask how to write output in different time, for example i'd like to write output in a file every hour only for 73-96 hours simulation, and then for 78,82,87,98,222,226,237,248 hour simulation??

usually i write output file in every 7440 seconds, so i only configure in data file :

# Time stepping parameters
&PARM03
niter0=0,
nTimeSteps=47520,
deltaT=20.0,
abEps=0.1,
pChkptFreq=0.0,
chkptFreq=0.0,
dumpFreq=148800.,
monitorFreq=2500.,

dumpfreq / deltaT=7440 seconds...am i right?? what about my case above???
