[MITgcm-support] ini_phiref warning

Hi Samar,

nothing to worry about. It just means, the POLY3 EOS has it's  
limitations. I recommend to use JMD95Z, or for better representation  
of pressure (p~=z, but "real" pressure) JMD95P, MDJWF and the warning  
will go away.
