Hi Hezi,

Someone else will have to help you with the gluemnc bits but
concatenating files in time is trivial with the NCO "ncrcat" utility
which you can read about at:

  http://nco.sourceforge.net/nco.html#ncrcat-netCDF-Record-Concatenator

The complete suite of NCO utilities is readily available on Fedora Linux
and can be installed with this one-line command:

  sudo yum install nco

or with

  yum install nco

if you have access to to the root account.
