[MITgcm-support] Guide to output variables?

Hi Christopher,
Those variables except PH and PHL are part of the grid information. See
'grid initialization and data' in Chapter 2.
PH and PHL are the hydrostatic pressure tems. There should be something
in the manual on that too.
