[MITgcm-support] vertical arrowheads in myquiver

myquiver.m, in ...\MITgcm\verification\lab_sea\matlab is an improvement 
on quiver.m wrt scaling. However, there is still the problem of no heads 
on vertical, v, arrows. The arrowheads on the horizontal, u, arrows are 
fine. As anyone solved this problem?
