[MITgcm-support] calc_mom_rhs.F

Van Thinh,

sorry, manual seems out-of-date w.r.t. this.
Routine calc_mom_rhs.F no linger exists.
New top-level routines for momentum code are either
pkg/mom_fluxform/mom_fluxform.F
or
pkg/mom_vecinv/mom_vecinv.F
depending on
wether you're using flux form or vector invariant form.
