[MITgcm-support] internal wave profile, prescribe

Hi Riema,

the MITgcm is a z-coordinate model, not a layered model, that means,  
that the interface depth between differenty densities needs to be  
diagnosed from density (temperature and salinity). There is a  
diagnostic variable:
> diagName  = 'RHOAnoma'
>       diagTitle = 'Density Anomaly (=Rho-rhoConst)'
>       diagUnits = 'kg/m^3          '
that will help you do that.
