[MITgcm-support] KPP near the bottom

Dear MITgcm community

I am planning to do simulation of flow in a channel. I had hoped to be
able to use the KPP model as the vertical turbulence model, but after
reading about the model I am not sure if it is feasible to use it in the
bottom layer. Is the MITgcm version of KPP capable of modeling
turbulence in the bottom layer? If it is how should KPP be customized to
use it there?
