The MITgcm web site contains further directions concerning the source
code and CVS.  It also contains a web interface to our CVS archive so
that one may easily view the state of files, revisions, and other
development milestones:

I'm not sure what that is supposed to achieve but clicking on it takes 
me back to the top of node 86. (I think my browser is interpreting the 
first pair of quotes as an empty string and ignoring the rest.)

Shouldn't this be
