[MITgcm-support] How to convert THETA 's unit degK into degC?

I know thermodynamic Temperature use K, and It is simplification.
But In MITGCM the THETA(Potential Temperature) has minus value in degK.
thermodynamic Temperature hasn't minus value, so I think degK isn't thermodynamic Temperature.
