[MITgcm-support] Higher order advection scheme for momentum

Hi Goran,
Higher order advection schemes are available for tracers, but
not much is there for momentum.
However, if you are using the vector-invariant form,
there is an option to use the 4th order advection scheme
to advect vorticity (and Dimitri M. seems happy with this
scheme). You need to add, in the 1rst namelist of parameters
(file "data"):
highOrderVorticity=.TRUE.,
(in addition to vectorInvariantMomentum=.TRUE.,)
