[MITgcm-support] no-slip, no-flux with 4th order operator

Hi there - does anyone know how higher order boundary conditions are 
handled when 4th order viscosity and 4th order diffusivity are used?

Also, are no-slip and no-flux properly satisfied when 4th order viscosity 
and 4th order diffusivity are included?
