[MITgcm-support] a problem with EXF

Hi Ming,

The problem is

yftype_exf='RL',

in data.exf

I looked in 
 MITgcm/pkg /exf/exf_readparms.F
and found
exf_yftype but not yftype_exf.

You should switch this.
