Hi Nicholas,
   Update to the new version of interpickups.  It now uses hfacs to 
locate topography and inpaint_nans to interpolate out where topography 
dissapears or where a one-sided extrapolation should be used.
   The zero values under topography should no longer 'bleed' into the 
domain.
