Hi Amitabh,

and this can easily explains why the model is blowing up.

But otherwise, given the delR you specify in file "data",
the total depth in the model will always be 
  <= sum(delR) = 990m (is it right ?)
so I don't quiet understand this Levitus/bathymetry compatibility
issue below 1.km depth.
