[MITgcm-support] Using MITgcm for a complex domain!

Dear all,

I would like to use MITgcm to simulate internal waves in a real 3D region,
which has a complex topography given by latitude, longitute and depth
(depth is not constant!).
I don't know how can I divide a mesh (delz) for the depth.

If anyone has ideas to solve this, please help me!
