[MITgcm-support] Natural Boundary Conditions

Hi Chris,

in attach. there are two gz files.
TRUE.gz is a list of Sum(rhs) when useRealFreshWaterFlux is set to true, and 
FALSE.gz is the same but with useRealFreshWaterFlux set to FALSE.
