[MITgcm-support] No slip and free slip walls

Hi,

I am doing a channel with MITgcm atmospheric model. I add two walls at 80S
and 80N, extreme values came out in both cases when I chose "no slip" and
"free slip" sides. I only changed the script file "data" as:

 no_slip_sides=.TRUE.,
 no_slip_bottom=.FALSE.,
 diffKhT=0.E3,
 diffKrT=0.,
 diffK4T=0.E17,
 diffKrS=0.E2,
 diffKhS=0.E3,
 diffK4S=0.E17,
 buoyancyRelation='ATMOSPHERIC',
 eosType='IDEALGAS',
 ...
 rigidLid=.FALSE.,
 implicitFreeSurface=.TRUE.,
 exactConserv=.TRUE.,
 ...
 usingSphericalPolarGrid=.TRUE.,
 delX=128*2.8125,
 delY=64*2.1875,
 ...
 groundAtK1=.TRUE.,
 phiMin=-70.,
 ...

Does anyone get the same problem? Thanks a lot for all the help and
suggestions!

-Yuan
