[MITgcm-support] bug with viscC4smag ?

I will certainly be wrong, but it seems to me that viscC4smag was  
introduced
pretty recently in the code (no track of it in the CVS log or in the  
variable list)
and i think that some declarations are missing for this variable that  
make the
compilation fail in some cases (compare with the declarations of  
viscC2smag).
Going back to older checkpoints, i could compile easily.
