[MITgcm-support] submitting new pkg

Dear Chris et al

I would like to submit a new pkg for the MITGCM. The pkg contains code to
compute the ``transport matrix'' of the model (as described in Khatiwala
et al, Ocean Modeling, Jan 2005).

I have brought the pkg up to date with the most recent version of the code
(checked out yesterday). Please let me know if this is of interest and if
so what I need to do next.
