[MITgcm-support] bug in gad_init.F ?

Jean-Michel, duh! I was confusing useMultiDim and MultiDim.

But do we still use the PASSIVE_TRACER code any more (as opposed to
PTRACER). Where is ALLOW_PASSIVE_TRACER defined? I thought we only
define ALLOW_PTRACER now. In which case, I don't understand gad_init.F.
