[MITgcm-support] obcs package

I am interested in using the obcs package, but can't
find a description of it within the mitgcm web documentation.
I can see what is in the pkg/obc directory, but is there
any documentation of the package, its inputs, configurations,
and what is being calculated for the orlanski radiation
condition?  Also, I seem to recall seeing some discussion
recently on the lack of mass conservation on the radiation
condition.  Are there plans to address this in the formal
release, or is it left to users to put something together?
