Hi Alistair,

OK, at version 1.87 I converted

  for ac_option ; do

to

  for ac_option in $@ ; do

While the latter is more portable, it doesn't preserve quoting.  The fix
is

  for ac_option in "$@" ; do

which hopefully is the best of both worlds.
