Hello,

When I set
 useOBCSprescribe=.TRUE.,
my model freezes at:

MDSREADFIELD: opening global file:
SOUTHERN_OCEAN_1x1/lev01_monthly_salt.bin_corK_SO
(PID.TID 0000.0001) //
=======================================================
(PID.TID 0000.0001) // Field Initial Salinity at iteration          1

(PID.TID 0000.0001) // CMAX =          3.723970031738281E+01

(PID.TID 0000.0001) // END OF
FIELD                                          =
(PID.TID 0000.0001) //
=======================================================
(PID.TID 0000.0001)
(PID.TID 0000.0001) Start initial hydrostatic pressure computation
(PID.TID 0000.0001) Pressure is predetermined for buoyancyRelation OCEANIC
(PID.TID 0000.0001)

It is my understanding that 'Pressure is predetermined for
buoyancyRelation OCEANIC' means the model has finished the INI_PRESSURE
routine and next in INI_FIELDS is

#ifdef INCLUDE_EP_FORCING_CODE <http://mitgcm.org/pelican/code_reference/vdb/names/4FC.htm>
        CALL INI_EP <http://mitgcm.org/pelican/code_reference/vdb/names/4FD.htm>( myThid <http://mitgcm.org/pelican/code_reference/vdb/names/7O.htm> )
#endif

but I have yet to figure out what this is and if this is what is crashing the model

I would appreciate any help
Thanks,
Matt
