Hi there,
I am runing the ptracers-pkg along with Gent McWilliam mixing.
1. there are these runtime-flags PTRACER_useGMRedi(number_of_ptracers),
but i don't see that the do anything: both in gad_advection and
gad_calc_rhs, where GM-fluxes are computed, only the flag useGMRedi is
used, so I don't seem to be able to turn off GM for individual passsive
tracers
2. more importantly, I'd like to have GM turned on for all PTRACERS,
but turn it off for temperature and/or salinity. I have to admit that I
don't understand all of the GAD-package, so I don't know where I'd have
to corrupt the code to do this for me. Can you help?
Martin
PS. for the usability of the PTRACERS_useGMRedi flags it may be
necessary to add a flag to the parameter list of gad_advection and
gad_calc_rhs. Do you agree?
