I think you need to change the code.

In subroutine kppmix, inside kpp_routines.F
Comment out the lines:

               diffus(i,k,1) = max ( blmc(i,k,1), viscAr  )
               diffus(i,k,2) = max ( blmc(i,k,2), diffKrS )
               diffus(i,k,3) = max ( blmc(i,k,3), diffKrT )

and set everywhere "ghat(i,k) = 0"
