Dear Sung-Dae Kang, not sure if it's any help, but there is an MIT
GCM package called pkg/exf, which will accept input forcing files
on coarse lat/lon grids and then interpolate them to arbitrary model
integration domains, including the cube sphere, on the fly.
Unfortunately, this package is not yet properly documented, but
there are examples of its usage available, one of them is
verification/global_with_exf and there are also other examples
with the cube sphere, etc., that I can send you.
