[MITgcm-support] Preprocessor of MITgcm

Any data sets can be used but you have to interpolate it onto the
appropriate grid and put it in the right format for the model to read - we
do not have any supported pre-processing tools at this point but we are
working on the issue of data formats to make it easier to work with
different data sets directly from the model.

At this point in time, the release code requires forcing data to be in
big-endian direct access records - see load_external_fields.F to see the
Fortran statements.

Subject: [MITgcm-support] Preprocessor of MITgcm

To whom it may concerned,
I would like to ask some document and source codes of MITgcm-preprocessor.
Does it possible to use NCEP reanalysis data for initial condition ?.
I am interested in 10 days forecasting.
Best wishes,
Sung-Dae Kang
