[MITgcm-support] lab_sea experiment

Surface atmospheric conditions used to drive the sea-ice model and the 
ocean are in MITgcm/verification/lab_sea/input.  They are defined in 
files data.exf and data.exf_clim.
Also see pkg/seaice/SEAICE_FFIELDS.h.
