[MITgcm-support] errors in on-line documentation

For my research I am experimenting with some advection schemes and I came 
across your website which was very helpful. However, I encountered some 
errors in the on-line documentation of MITgcm, which you may want to fix:

- In section 2.17.1:
  - Equation (2.176) should read: F = F_1 + psi(r) * (F_LW - F_1).
  - In equation (2.178) c should replaced by |c|.

- A typo in section 2.17.2: d_1 and d_2 in equations (2.184) and (2.185)
  should be d_0 and d_1.

- In section 2.17.3:
  - Two errors in the last term of equation (2.186), it should be:
    1/2 * (u - |u|) * (tau_i - psi(r^-) * (tau_i - tau_{i-1})).
  - I'm not sure about this one, but I think (1-c)/c in equation (2.189)
    should be replaced by (1-|c|)/|c|.
