[MITgcm-support] ptracers diffusivity

Samar,
as far as I can see, PTRACERS_useGMRedi is not used so far, and the 
isopycnal diffusivities are those from salinity and temperature (?), 
PTRACERS_diffKh is the equivalent to diffKhT and diffKhS. Hope that 
this is not too wrong.
