[MITgcm-support] Testscript2 and cleaning

Ed,

Apart from the use of genmake2, is the only difference between testscript
and testscript2 the function cleanup_previous_runs()?

This appears to only clean up the input directories and isn't optional (I
just deleted most of my output by trying testscript2). The -clean option
cleans before compiling and cleans in the right directories. It would be
useful to have a -cleanonly option that only cleans and does nothing else.
We should probably rename -cleanup to -cleanafter and -clean to
-cleanbefore, to make things clearer.

I suggest we migrate to using genmake2 by replacing genmake. That's the only
way we'll make things mature.
