[Mitgcm-support] Package descriptions

Greetings!

I was browsing your manual 
(http://mitgcm.org/sealion/online_documents/manual.html) and found the 
following info:

pkg: contains the source code for the packages. Each package corresponds to a 
subdirectory. For example, gmredi contains the code related to the Gent-McWilliams/Redi scheme, aim the code relative to the atmospheric intermediate physics. The packages 
are described in detail in section 3. 

This was in 3.3, and I didn't package information elsewhere. Where could I 
find it?
