We should have a verification test, however,
I thought that the big problem with USE_NATURAL_BCS was that the OCMIP
results for poleward fresh water transport looked bad.
I believe that is still true for both the OCMIP setup and
for Stephs 90x40x15 setup. The virtual salt flux does a lot
better I think and of course the relaxation salinity does great :-).
I thought we should ignore it as far as release1 goes i.e.
not use it as a tutorial example and stick to virtual salt flux.

Agreed. I did used to test it with an expt called global.128x64x20
but that never got into the repository and I stopped running it.
