[Mitgcm-support] new user + balances?

Hi,

I just want to let you know that I downloaded MITgcm. I'm working in the
group of Sarah Gille, and I'm planning to do some runs with a model of
the ACC. Setting up the model and doing some preliminary runs went great
on my Linux machine, so thanks a lot for the really fine code!

I'm interested in some integral balances of the runs, like those of
kinetic energy and vorticity. Before I start programming myself, does
anyone have code available that monitors these balances on the fly, or
maybe afterwards (matlab?). Thanks!
