[Mitgcm-support] Clarification of mtg note 11/30

I probably didn't report clearly during the Nov.30 meeting. Here is a
clarification/correction to the meeting note to "Comparison with TAO
shows degradation at half the moorings"

Comparison with TAO temperature shows the following averaged ratio of
improvement, no-change, and degradation: 47%, 21%, and 32%. The
improvement is more than degradation.

More improvement is seen near thermocline than at other depths,
especially near the equator.

Criteria:

Improvement: smaller rms deviation from data AND better corrrelation
with data.

Degradation: larger rms deviation from data AND worse correlation with
data.

No change: only rms deviation OR correlation is better.
