Hi Patrick, there is already a first user, Xiaosu Xie, and a first complaint
for release1_p8.

The verification/global_ocean.90x40x15/input/eedata uses a "/" namelist
terminator in eedata but a "&" terminator for all the other data files.  It
would be better to use the same terminator for all the data files.

The SGI compiler choke on the "/" character, so my preference is for "&".  Are
there any compilers that do not understand the "&" termination character?
