Only aim_5l.cs and aim_5l.LatLon are needed I think?

The others zave, EqChannel I don't mind either way.
Jean-Michel might want to keep some
of these? 

aim_5l.cs and aim_5l.LatLon both compile and run ( pgf77 + Linux ).
There are no results to compare against
until dynamics etc... has settled down so I can do a long
run to check they really work and results are credible.

Think we should proceed as follows

 1. get dynamics etc.... to where we want it

 2. kill uneeded/historical AIM experiments.

 3. tag something for adding up to date TAMC stuff
    c40 or c40pre1. Whichever people prefer.

 4. make and validate TAMC changes - includes long
    tracer and dynamics sensitivity runs

 5. do long runs of aim_5l.(cs)(LatLon) 

 6. tag again, c41...
