[Mitgcm-support] adjoint of c39

[mitgcm-support at dev.mitgcm.org]

Problem with chessboard patterns in c39 are resolved.
Problem was due to parameter list of "call cg2d".
New parameters tolerance, residual, numiters,
were not expected to change inside cg2d.
Rigorous gradient checks have to follow.
